Where your data lives

Onde Inference has no datastore of its own. Accounts, apps, models, and usage records are held by smbCloud, which runs in the EU. Model inference itself happens on your own devices — prompts and completions are not routed through our servers.

Subprocessors

Third parties that may process customer data on our behalf.

• smbCloud (Splitfire AB) EU
  Our primary subprocessor. Accounts and sign-in, app and model management, usage metering, and the hosting the site itself runs on. smbCloud publishes its own subprocessors — hosting, mail, and monitoring — on its trust page.
• Stripe Ireland / US
  Payments, subscriptions, and the customer records behind them. Stripe is the source of truth for billing; we never store card numbers.

How we work

• TLS on every public endpoint, certificates renewed automatically.
• Upstream credentials are server-side only and never shipped to the browser.
• Inference runs on-device, so prompt and completion content stays with you.
• Access to production is limited to company staff over SSH keys.

What we do not claim

Splitfire AB is a small company. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Ask us directly if you need details for a vendor review.
